Delivery Policy

Male' Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Friday Schedule: We do not deliver on Fridays. Orders placed after 5 PM Thursday, or at any time on Friday, will be delivered the following Saturday.
• Delivery Charges: Free on all purchases.

Hulhumale' Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Friday Schedule: We do not deliver on Fridays. Orders placed after 5 PM Thursday, or at any time on Friday, will be delivered the following Saturday.
• Delivery Charges: Free on all purchases.

Boat Delivery

• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
• Friday Schedule: We do not deliver on Fridays. Orders placed after 5 PM Thursday, or at any time on Friday, will be delivered the following Saturday.

Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Anyone who signs for a delivery at the specified address will be considered authorized to accept the item on the customer's behalf.

Before dispatching an order, we will call the designated contact number to confirm delivery details. If you expect to be unavailable at the delivery address, please provide an alternative location (such as a workplace) or nominate someone else to receive the item. INFOROUTE is not liable for loss or damage to items once delivery has been confirmed by a signature, including one obtained from a third party.

Personal Pickup
Customers who prefer to collect their order in person may arrange this by contacting us directly. A valid order number and identification card are required at the time of pickup.
